Your Responsibilities
- Together with our Customer Success team, you ensure the success of our customers.
- You guide new customers through our onboarding process and implement their individual requirements in our software.
- You assist existing customers and work to resolve their concerns, both big and small.
- In doing so, you'll get to know our highly configurable software and we'll teach you new skills, such as writing and reading SQL.
- You work closely with our developers to continuously improve our products.
- Your work will be varied and offer plenty of room for personal initiative.

- You are technically minded and want to work in IT and software.
- You enjoy working with people and are patient, even when questions are repeated.
- You want to learn new things and fulfill your tasks to the best of your ability.
- You are conscientious and know how to assert yourself.
